This policy explains what personal data we handle when you visit this website or contact us, why we do it, and what choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Hazonix Studio is operated by Hazonix Enterprise (Registration No. 202603171097 (IP0628174-K)), based in Penang, Malaysia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Hazonix Enterprise, trading as Hazonix Studio.
This policy follows the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (PDPA).
What personal data we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us, for example on WhatsApp, we receive your name, phone number, the content of your messages, and anything you choose to tell us about yourself, your business or your project.
The checklist on this website. The options you tick and any text you type in the "Cloud what's wrong" checklist stay in your browser. They are used only to prepare a WhatsApp message for you, and we do not receive them unless you choose to send that message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the company that hosts this website may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect usage data as described in the next section.
How we use your personal data
We use personal data only for purposes connected with our business, such as:
- replying to your enquiry and understanding your problem;
- preparing proposals and providing services you ask for;
- invoicing, payment and keeping business records;
- keeping the website secure and working, and understanding how it is used (through analytics);
- meeting legal and regulatory requirements.

Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold personal data about you and give you a copy;
- correct personal data that is inaccurate or out of date;
- stop or limit how we use your personal data, or withdraw your consent, where the law allows.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we will reply within the time the law allows. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to provide some services.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, please tell us and we will delete it.
Other websites
This website links to other services, such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if we add analytics or a contact form. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed (7 October 2026).
